Shipping and Payment
We only rely on the best shipping providers for our products. The more reliable and faster our products reach you, the sooner they are available in case of emergencies.
From an order value of €500, we deliver free of shipping costs within the DE region and to the EU.
Important notice for orders to Switzerland:
We do not ship to Switzerland free of charge. For orders with a value of CHF 1,000.00 or more, we charge an additional €45.00 for preparing the shipping documents.
Payment Terms
We offer you a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Choose from the following options:
1. Online Payment Methods
- PayPal: Pay securely and quickly with your PayPal account. Your order will be processed immediately.
- Stripe: Convenient and secure payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through our payment provider Stripe.
2. Traditional Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (Prepayment): Transfer the invoice amount directly to our bank account. Processing takes place after payment is received.
- Invoice: For selected customers, we offer payment by invoice. The payment term is usually 14 days after receiving the goods.
- Direct Debit: The invoice amount will be automatically debited from your account. A convenient and secure payment option.
3. Security and Data Protection
All payments are encrypted to ensure maximum data security. Your payment information is processed exclusively by the respective payment providers.
